You can purchase at various stroller stores: big-box mall retailers, bike sellers, sporting-good shops, specialty baby shops, department stores and their catalogs.

You may also consider garage sales and mothers clubs. However, most of these do not specialize in jogger sales.

The up-side to local shops is that you can actually go in and have a jogger in front of you that you can touch, and feel.

However, we find that many large local shops only stock a few models and their staff's level of expertise leaves alot to be desired.

The baby portals sell a variety of products and are a great place to read reviews.

However, the best online sellers are focused on stroller sales and are very experienced in their product line.  They offer a variety of service and pricing options and it pays to do a little homework here.
