The Jeep stroller line is a discount product.  Most of these models get you out into the fresh air with baby for under $175. 

Although you won't get some the quality construction of the premium brands, this stroller has many interesting features.  For example, the 'music tray' allows you to pipe music into the stroller from most MP3 or portable CD players. 

Some models have built in gadgets (odometers) that tell you how fast and how far you are running. And the toy steering wheel and horn (on the Liberty models) is always a hit with kids.

If you are on a tight budget (and who isn't?) a Jeep stroller may be an option to consider.
